The New Business Sales Manager role requires an experienced and successful professional in vehicle leasing who can maximise vehicle orders and expand the client base. The individual will provide excellent customer service and secure business by understanding customer needs and developing solutions that benefit both the customer and the business

Key Accountabilities:

• Target car and LCV fleets to increase the customer base and fleet size

• Collaborate with the group business to drive cross-sales and enhance customer fulfilment

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, proactive prospecting, and lead follow-up

• Maintain accurate win/loss data and provide feedback to improve commercial, operational, and service positioning

• Lead bids and tenders, collaborating across the business

• Contribute to the development of business sales collateral

• Maintain detailed records and activities within the CRM system

• Stay informed on current and relevant industry knowledge (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, and Environmental) and share insights

• Deliver outstanding customer service in line with the company's "Secure, Keep, and Nurture" approach to customer growth and retention

Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in the Automotive/Contract Hire sector

• Capability in Salary Sacrifice

• Proven track record in sales

• Strong objection handling and cross-selling skills to achieve optimal outcomes

• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Ambitious, enthusiastic, motivated, and a strong team player

• Proficient in IT skills, including Excel, Word, and Quotation systems

• Fluent in English to effectively manage client interactions and sales
