Operating within the UK sales area, the Network Performance department spans a wide range of activities primarily focussed on driving the best possible sales performance through our UK retailer network.

This performance improvement is driven by the development and implementation of digitally based systems, coupled with retailer assessment and coaching programmes.

The role of Manager, Retailer Systems & Digital Performance plays a vital role within the department.

·       Taking a key part in shaping UK’s future retailer and customer systems plans and strategy.

·       Managing the UK direct to customer digital sales platforms, including driving the achievement of group digital sales targets and customer journey objectives.

·       Supporting the network roll out and usage of key systems and platform including future sales concepts.

·       Leading the  groups relationship with principal Dealer Management System suppliers and key 3rd party solution providers.  Managing the Certified DMS and Retail Integration API programmes.

·       Working extensively with the UK retailer network to ensure that core and recommended system solutions provide the best possible customer and user experiences.

·       Coordinating department data specialists to ensure all  UK and network data requirements are achieved. Providing wider business with insightful data analysis and reporting.


·       Extensive previous experience within UK automotive industry.

·       An ideal candidate would have a strong knowledge of automotive retailing, with the direct experience of working at a senior level within a retail outlet. This would coupled with a past history of working within the I.T. industry or experience of deploying large system based solutions within a retailer group or OEM.

·       Understanding of typical business or sales systems and processes with an eye to continual change management. Understanding the requirements and demands of the Retail network.

·       Proven track record in management a remote team of specialist consultants, including workflow management, motivation and development.
