Job title: Internal Account Manager – ‘Partner Channel’ (Brokers)

PURPOSE SUMMARY: 
The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced ‘Internal Account Manager’ who can play a key role in managing and growing our broker channel accounts. They must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and be able to position Drivalia as the ‘go-to’ brand. 
The Internal Account Manager will primarily support the National Broker Sales Manager in driving growth in the broker channel by providing brokers with exceptional support throughout the sales journey and ensuring that the Drivalia experience is positive and frictionless.
 
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Support the Broker channel in building and maintaining strong relationships with our key brokers
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to brokers
Provide exceptional direct support to brokers by owning and responding to inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely manner having secured an detailed understanding of our processes, systems and system requirements
 
Working closely with the National Broker Sales Manager and Pricing Specialist jointly identifying key vehicle opportunities and pricing advantage
 
Deliver order fulfilment throughout the sales journey to expedite orders, simplify process and create a positive experience or our customers, brokers and colleagues
Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management
Identify and share cross-selling opportunities with the National Broker Sales Manager to increase revenue in the broker channel
Conduct product and sales training sessions with brokers to increase product knowledge and sales effectiveness
Present a ‘continuous improvement’ model in all areas of the role and help identify and architect change that will improve our process, our system, products and services 
 
 
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the broker channel
Proven track record of supporting the customer journey and building strong relationships with brokers
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ideally experienced with Finance Quote Systems and broker training
Willingness to travel if required
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Be ambitious, enthusiastic, motivated as well as a strong team player
IT skills – Excel, Word and appropriate to role software 
Fluent in English language (to effectively manage Customer, Colleague and Supplier relationships)
