A Business Development Manager works to improve market position and contribute to financial growth. This will be achieved by building key client relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of the vehicle remarketing and automotive market conditions. The BDM will work in a senior sales position within the company targeting Indepentdant and franchised dealer prospects. It is their job to work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximise revenue. To achieve this, they need to find potential new clients, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future. They will often be required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict our clients’ future needs across the Group.
