ROLE TITLE: Head of SME Sales
ROLE PURPOSE: To manage and develop all aspects of specific sales and related operational functions to meet client requirements and ensure Company targets and goals are met in line with management policies and practices
CORE BEHAVIOURS ROLE GROUP: Leadership
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to: Director
Direct reports: 3-6 managers
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide strategic leadership and management to direct reports to ensure achievement of business goals and sales targets and role model positive behaviours and values to the wider service team.
Lead the delivery, measurement and improvement of sales and service initiatives both externally and internally.
Design and develop a sales management strategies and objectives that deliver and maintain strategic relationships and service levels to customers.
Understand, contribute to, and deliver company business strategies to maximise value.
Ensure delivery of Key Performance Indicators through proper resource planning and management.
To be fully compliant with FSA requirements, where appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
‘A’ Level/Degree or equivalent. Proven working management experience in a comparable environment, with proven strategic, relationship, business and financial planning skills. Personal credibility and ability to motivate.
