JOB SUMMARY

To adhere to core brand values, implement marketing plans for new and established products in the UK market that result in maximising sales through increased brand awareness and appeal.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Brand Relations
• Communication with Brand Parent Head Office.
• Gain a solid understanding of the brand vision and identify the most successful ways to implement the vision.

Marketing Plans
• Accurate planning of marketing strategy according to requirements of the company and brand vision.
• Presentation of marketing plans for the brand to internal and external sources.
• Maintain and update plans as necessary.
• For each promotion, create a feedback form and use to report on the success and performance of the promotion.

Budget
• Gain a solid understanding of the marketing budget and the budget for individual brands.
• To accurately update and maintain the budget for each brand.
• Using brand history and knowledge of current market trends, accurately plan and forecast the stock levels required for upcoming promotional items.
• Monitoring the sales of the brand.

Presentations
• Accurate planning and construction of PowerPoint presentations for new product launches and promotions.
• Follow brand values and reflect this in the format and structure of presentations.
• Ensure presentations are 100% accurate and relevant to the UK market.
• Clear and concise delivery.

Previous experience within a Brand Manager role in the beauty/fashion industries
Fluent in French or Spanish
