Revenue Delivery
Conducts calls and visits to customers to create continuous and profitable revenue

Relationship Management
Builds and maintains a network of customer contacts to maintain a full understanding of structure
& processes thereby ensuring effective servicing of customer needs

Creates account development plans so as to meet existing customer needs and commercial targets

Bid Management
Contributes towards the implementation of the new tenders so as to achieve the operational and commercial requirements and so by therefore meeting the customer needs

Market Awareness
Tracks market trends and competitor activity within defined market segment so as to identify new business opportunities

Business Intelligence
Shares business and customer insights with colleagues so as to capitalise on new market data and enhance further the company proposition
