This role is part of a centralised recruitment function delivering recruitment services to all parts of the UK Group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and deliver a recruitment strategy for those business entities, in alignment with UK Group Strategy. You will be responsible for the effective and efficient co-ordination, monitoring and controlling of all recruitment processes in line with the SLA’s and Key Performance Indicators. On a day to day the relevant targets at local business and Group level. You will need to ensure that you provide analytics and reports to proactively support service delivery and budget management. 
To be successful in this role , you will have in-house recruitment experience in a fast paced, high volume environment in either a recruitment or business partner role. You will be an excellent and confident communicator with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels. You will be driving forward improvements in the recruitment process and the recruitment function as a whole, with new innovations and working methodologies. 
High profile role with in our sites with the ability to make a big impact. 
 

Experience of managing Graduate, Apprentice and Student recruitment projects a must have.

Qualifications and Experience 

  • CIPD Qualified
  • SHL/CEB Qualified
  • Previous experience in an ‘in house’ recruitment role
  • Expert in Excel and IT Systems e.g. Applicant Tracker System
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Be able to influence and communicate to differing levels of management and industry backgrounds
