Our client is continually evolving, with ambitions for growth that require our proactive Implementation team to help meet and support these exciting challenges.

This role will play a pivotal part in their success as you will effectively implement new and existing customers. You will produce detailed project plans to ensure the process is conducted in a professional manner and will be responsible for managing the liaison between all business functions and the customer.

  • Work with the New Business Sales and Account Management teams to ensure that all information provided (specifically relating to Implementation) as part of our bid submission is accurate and correct
  • Attend customer / prospect presentations where required and be comfortable delivering presentations to board level contacts
  • Develop suitable presentation materials (specifically relating to Implementation) for use by the New Business Sales and Account Management teams; assist in the production of bespoke materials as required
  • Manage the projects to ensure scope of work, key milestones and owners are agreed and concluded within required timescales
  • Produce detailed project plans to ensure all new accounts are established accurately
  • Assist in managing customer expectations to ensure all new / existing accounts utilise our standard processes where possible
  • Support the roll-out of internal projects where nominated
  • Provide monthly dashboard reporting that details the status of all Implementation projects

Qualifications and Experience

  • Successful track record of managing complex customer implementation related projects
  • Passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service with a demonstrable track record of sustained customer service innovation and success against targets
  • Outstanding influencing and negotiation skills; able to work collaboratively with a diverse audience to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Effective, proactive communicator with the ability to deliver commercial and operational messages and influence stakeholders drawn from a wide audience
  • Self-motivated and self-managing with a truly and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proven project management abilities as well as strong Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint skills
