Job Title:Remarketing Senior Specialist
Overview:Reporting to the Remarketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a multi-channel strategy for end of contract vehicle disposal.
The Remarketing Department of our client (a major European OEM/Car Leasing business) is responsible for the disposal of return vehicles ensuring that vehicles are sold promptly to minimize stock holding and maximise profit opportunities.
The Remarketing Senior Specialist will be responsible for creating and deploying a multichannel strategy focusing on digital processes and online sales activities and support the team in relation to disposals of vehicles through innovative and more efficient channels (from upstream, to digital Business to Business and Business to Consumer strategies to the analysis and product implementation of second life used re-renting activities). This role is of vital importance as it is aimed at creating new channels for disposing of ex contract hire and PCP vehicles into the market.
1.Responsible for the implementation strategy of the new channels (online B2B and B2C)
2.Responsible for the implementation of a new revenue stream by re-renting young used vehicles in good conditions
3.Improve the channel mix on Upstream sales (Driver sales)
4.Manage and implement the most efficient and profitable proposition through the proprietary development of a re-marketing website and manage all the customer relations and post sales activities.
5.Provide regular, accurate, timely analysis and reporting on all aspects of the re-marketing channels under management.
6.Responsible for monthly KPI reporting and presentations for the department.
7.Work with Finance Department to compile regular reporting for Head office.
8.Work with Residual Value Department to provide monthly disposal data as required.
9.Create a new set of reporting tools to streamline analysis and reporting for the department to provide support to optimise performance.
10.Maintaining all departmental work instructions and processes up to date and remain compliant.
11.Assist with all internal and external audits providing all relevant information and support as required.
12.Provide support and cover for other team members and administrative duties as required.
13.To adhere to the FCA regulations and requirements.
14.Such other duties as the management may, from time to time, reasonably require.
ABILITY AND SKILLS PROFILE
·Remarketing experience required
·Conscientious & experienced analyst with a keen eye for detail.
·Driven self-starter with the ability to work to tight timescales and deadlines.
·Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel, Power-point and Word.
·Good knowledge of digital processes and online remarketing activities
·Ability to work well in a team as well as by oneself with minimal daily supervision
·Ability to build good working relationships with other departments and within the business.
·Customer focused and to treat customers/dealers with respect.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS:
·Previous Experience within Remarketing.
·Minimum of A levels or equivalent.
·Experience in the automotive or consumer finance industry preferred.
·Prior experience in relevant software packages would be an advantage.
