The purpose of the Head of Sales Development is to lead the strategic development and delivery of non-dealer sales through the current and future complex markets, whilst identifying and exploiting new customer market opportunities to deliver incremental sales against stretching targets set across the various KPI’s.
The role will also manage Central Sales Services to deliver results across both the dealer and non-dealer channels as well as oversee overall Sales Compliance and Training requirements through a clear certification approach linked to the regulatory requirements – across the entire market – which reports monthly directly into the BOM.
