The Role

• Develop and own an exciting new multi-market salary sacrifice product
• Create and deliver the Sales and Marketing Strategy aligned to the wider Business Plan
• Manage all ancillary products and supply chain
• Create and manage approved and compliant schemes with small, medium and large corporate organisations
• Develop a successful sales team
• Key player in internal/external sustainability programme

 

The Person

• Reporting to the Board
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Sustainability
• New product/new role – uncapped OTE and great opportunities for the right person
• Innovative, with a drive to always be the best
• Wider leasing/fleet management experience - preferred
• Experience of building and managing Salary Sacrifice schemes – essential
