•Reports to Central Fleet Manager
•Drive group fleet performance in all fleet channels by
–S&OP & PAC management process & target allocation
–Appropriate and timely Management Information
•Manage All Network Programmes & associated activity
•Support the Central Fleet Manager in commercial process
•Ensure effective and accurate Fleet communications to the Network
Deploy and manage all Network Fleet Programmes
Manage Fleet contribution to S&OP and PAC process with accurate forecasting of fleet volumes, and effective target scenarios
Compilation of Fleet Input into quarterly commercial packs in collaboration with finance to prepare the pack and the best offers in the relevant channels while protecting / efficiently using available VME
Prepare content for network fleet communications
Liaise internally across departments to effectively forecast, manage and resolve fleet portfolio activity
Manage inbound / outbound data in S&OP & PAC process process
To assist in weekly commercial reviews with consistent dialogue and feedback from the fleet network into this forum
To work with brand teams in depth to understand their short, medium & longer term product issues and to deploy with the wider fleet team (all disciplines) solution and suggestions
Work with the brand teams to identify any operational challenges they may be having, to identify opportunities whereby the fleet market presents an opportunity to achieve company KPI’s
Develop and maintain comprehensive Brand and product knowledge in respect of the Fleet market including the services, processes and promotions, and to keep up to date with competitor product information and pricing
