To implement the digital marketing activity for the business and represent the marketing function across the business. To ensure we bring a leading digital marketing approach to support the UK arm and Commercial goals and objectives, with particular focus on successful market expansion. To deliver digital expertise and insights to all channels, working closely with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Managers and Digital Campaign Associate to ensure we are at the forefront of developments in digital marketing strategy.  


Specifically, the role will be responsible for:


  • Ensuring clear alignment of digital activity within the marketing strategy with the overall commercial and business strategy.


  • Delivery of a multi-channel digital marketing approach which will help strengthen brand awareness, to drive leads and increase engagement.


  • Devising strategies for optimising the digital traffic and specifically delivery and conversion of new leads to our websites.


  • Developing, managing and driving the implementation of digital marketing campaigns


  • Developing strong relationships with HQ (120 internal agency based in Amsterdam)


  • Owning monthly marketing insight reporting, so that the team can optimise their activity proactively.
  • Ensure the Division is kept abreast of key digital marketing thinking through research and the engagement of external thought leaders where appropriate.
  • Use the above to constantly evaluate the opportunities for  UK to leverage our digital position and increase adoption by clients and drivers.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Sales Directors to devise strategies for optimising digital traffic, increasing new leads generated and conversion rates.
  • Work collaboratively with the entire marketing team to develop and deliver high impact, high quality and cost-effective digital marketing campaigns which enhance our conversion opportunities for all products and brands, including salary sacrifice.
  • To ensure that all campaigns and digital financial promotions comply fully with the FCA or any other regulations at all times and are also fully approved by the  UK legal team.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Commercial Director’s to ensure that the digital support to deliver the agreed marketing plans is delivered and executed in full and to a high standard.
  • Ensure all activity is tracked, measured & evaluated against clear success criteria.
  • To develop and maintain positive working relationships with the HQ Corporation Marketing team in the delivery of our digital marketing strategy.
  • Drive the social media strategy for UK and the commercial brands.

Ensure greater cross brand and sector digital initiatives to maximise ROI for all campaigns.
