About The Role:

You develop and maintain excellent retailer relationships for all existing and potential car & van retailers in your region (North) in order to grow our portfolio

You have excellent relationships within the retailer network, you identify new business sales prospects and create & develop retailer campaigns with our marketing & campaign team to create attractive offers to new and existing customers

You enjoy to prepare and propose complex, bespoke funding solutions to customers and negotiate competitive terms with stakeholders to maximise our competitive position

You have a profound understanding of your customers business model and use this information to prepare credit requirements, document comprehensive credit line request in order to ensuring a smooth credit decision.

 

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

You are an automotive or fleet professional. You have gained sales experience within a fleet management, leasing, retailer or manufacturer organisation.

You understand the current finance, taxation and accounting legislation that apply to the fleet finance market

You are a high performer and strive to achieve annual sales targets whilst operating according the given policies and guidelines

You demonstrate excellent communications skills, both verbal and written and are able to prepare and present at board level.

You are a strong and effective negotiator whilst maintaining the personal relationship.

Self-driven, results-oriented, focussed and positive are characteristic that fits you

 

 

A normal workweek:

Your workweek consists of a variety of tasks. You could be visiting a retailer to discuss a potential fleet customer deal. Followed by a thorough analysis of your customer’s financial statements in order to prepare the extension of his credit approval line. The other day you will stop by the office and align with the operations team, as one of your customers is in areas, a problem you will solve jointly by making a payment scheme. With the campaign manager you will brainstorm on a new campaign for a certain make. You will end the week by preparing your reports for next weeks visits. And for sure you will have a few calls with your colleagues in the other areas.
