Business Development Manager

Responsible for delivery of the 3rd Party New Business sales objectives and target for your allocated territory. Day to day engagement of the 3rd Party Coverage and  territory sales teams to maintain the necessary prospect leads and joint visits to achieve plan.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Achieve New Business delivery target
  • Develop a prospect engagement strategy for your territory
  • Maintain an active prospect database to ensure sales activities can be met
  • Fully utilise SalesForce to manage opportunity pipeline
  • Carry out the following activities (volumes will be specific to territory):-
    • Prospect joint visits (JVs)
    • Stakeholder engagement meetings to agreed operating rhythm
    • Bank meetings
    • Networking events
    • Customer seminars, such as AFV events
    • Calling days with local Business Development team
  • To attend monthly meetings (physical and/or audio) with the 3rd party Regional Sales Director in accordance with the agreed operating rhythm to review performance criteria as above
  • Work with the 3rd party group to deliver quarterly sales initiatives (e.g. Special Offers, Product Focus, hot topics) to help our stakeholders engage new prospects
  • Work with ADM to ensure new accounts are successfully onboarded.
  • Work closely with all other internal departments to ensure all services required by the customer and 3rd party can be delivered.
  • Ensure quality of service in accordance with the 3rd party brand.
