Account Development Manager

Responsibility for delivery of the 3rd party Existing Business objectives and target for your customer base. Ownership of the relationship with an allocated portfolio of customers and a close working relationship with the 3rd Party Business Development and Sales Support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Existing Business Renewal delivery target
- Achieve Existing Business Growth delivery target
- Achieve Ancillary Service target
- Achieve customer activity targets
- Produce and maintain an Account Development Plan (ADP) for all customers
- Implement New Customers as part of the Handover Process with the Business Development team
- Update and Maintain SalesForce to measure and manage:-
- Renewal and Growth ambitions
- Sole Supply objectives
- ProFleet 2 sell-in
- ThreeSixty sell-in
- Accident Management sell-in
- Daily Rental sell-in
- Customer Satisfaction Index score
- Meet company objectives for:-
- Quality of account review meetings
- Customer advocacy
- Proactive ancillary service sell-in
- Attend monthly team meetings
- Provide regular customer progress updates to relevant stakeholders
- Adhere to the agreed operating rhythm
- Work with the 3rd party Head of Sales to deliver quarterly sales initiatives (e.g. Special Offers, Product Focus, hot topics) to help increase penetration into your customer base
- Work closely with all other internal departments to ensure all services required by the customer and 3rd party can be delivered.
- Ensure quality of service in accordance with the 3rd party brand.
