Matthew Barlow
Matthew Barlow is the Managing Director of Critical Selection and co-founded the company in 2005. Matthew has been in the recruitment industry since 1995 and has been within Executive Search since 2000, where he has a track record of successfully delivering senior assignments for clients within the Luxury Goods, Technology, Automotive and Consumer Goods Industries.
Since founding the business, Matthew has been responsible for developing the strategy for Critical Selection and building a solid infrastructure which has allowed him to pioneer into new and existing Industry sectors, delivering senior level Search assignments for a variety of household named businesses across the UK and EMEA.
Since retiring from the rugby field, Matthew now spends his spare time watching London Irish and reducing his considerable golf handicap...but I don't think Tiger Woods has too much to worry about just yet.
Anna Wright
Anna Wright is co-founder and Director of Critical Selection. Anna has been in the Executive Search Industry since 2001 and has worked across a number of industries including Financial Services, Automotive, Consumer Goods and Fashion. After graduating, Anna worked in the financial services industry for Barclays Asset Finance and Norwich Union prior to joining the Executive Search industry.
Since founding the business, Anna has been instrumental in sourcing key employees for a portfolio of high profile clients across a number of Industry sectors and manages the delivery team, who are responsible for researching and resourcing the recruitment projects that Critical Selection perform.
In her spare time, when Anna is not in the gym, she enjoys nothing more than sampling the latest new world wines and adding to her already extensive collection of handbags.
